1. RETURN ORDER TO STORE

How can I request an exchange?
In an unlikely event that the purchased product(s) are received incorrectly, or is defective; the customer is eligible to request for a return or exchange of the product(s). The return could be requested via email at sales@blazefitness.mv or via Hotline +960 9896699.
Where should I return the goods?
Goods must be returned to the Blaze Fitness located at DAINTY , MAHCHANGOLHI , MALE. 20163 , DHANBURUH GOALHI. REPUBLIC OF MALDIVES, within 05 days of receipt date along with a Shopping Confirmation. Exchanges can only be made for product(s) of equivalent value, or as part payment for higher valued product(s). No partial refund will be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.

What are the return conditions?

All returning product(s) must be received in their original condition in which it was delivered. Any product(s) which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, will not be accepted for refunds / return or exchange.
What will happen later in cases of incorrect or defective items being delivered?
In cases of incorrect or defective items being delivered as a result of our fault, you may request for a replacement or a refund for your purchase within 12 hours of delivery.
How much time do I have to request a refund?
Refunds through card payments including online transactions will be processed within 5 working days.
What if I have more questions to ask about the policy?

2. DELIVERY

Male’ Area Delivery

– Same-day delivery for orders placed before 21:00

– Free Delivery to any address in Malé, Hulhumalé & Villmalé for purchases above MVR 300/-

– Customer needs to provide proof of identity and sign Delivery Note.

 

Resorts & Island Ferry Delivery

– Same-day delivery for orders placed before 18:00

– Contact details of boat captain (Name, Contact Number) should be provided.

– Free Delivery to any specified boat for purchases above MVR 300/-

– Customer needs to provide proof of identity and sign Delivery Note.

 

Personal Pickup & Collection from our Outlets

– Orders can be collected from Blaze Fitness free of charge. Please mention your designated retail outlet as the delivery address, along with the contact information (Name, Contact Number) of the person collecting the order.

– All items ordered on Blaze Shop can be picked up at Blaze Fitness.

– Order number or reference number & Customer details (Name, Contact Number) will be required.

– Customer needs to provide proof of identity and sign Delivery Note.

Our prices are not negotiable. All prices are fixed.

How do we use your personal information?

We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
